In order to borrow the power washer, you must agree to the following conditions:
1. The power washer will be dropped off to your residence by a SBMHOA designated volunteer who will inspect it upon it return.
2. You will fill it with only 93 octane gas and operate it as per the instructions that are give to you by the SBMHOA designated volunteer.
3. If any portion of the power washer is broken (Hose, wand, tips, engine, wheels, handle, carburetor, pull-cord, etc.) while in your possession, the SBHOA Board will have it professional repaired at your expense.
4. You will return the power washer within 3 days after drop-off by the SBHOA designated volunteer.

Note:
1. Please enter the required date as shown (limit 3 days) in this example: Example 01/19/2016-01/21/2016. Someone on the Board will contact you to finalize the request. Please realize that there may be others already scheduled to use the power washer at the time you requested so you may get it at a later date.

2. When the Board receives your email request and if the date requested is available, the SBMHOA designated volunteer will be notified and will contact you to schedule the delivery of the power washer. He will also give you instructions to operate the power washer.

3. Only Summer Brook Residents may borrow the power washer.
