Above is a map of Summer Brook. We have 7 lakes in our neighborhoods.
All homeowners are allowed to walk around any of these lakes and fishing
is allowed. To access them, look for the street culvert that leads to
the lake. The SBHOA owns an 8 ft. wide easement path between the home
properties to the lakes from the street culverts but please be
respectful of the adjoining properties along the easement and lakeside.
There is a red arrow pointing to some of the path-ways below. Most of
the lakes cannot be fully walked around when the water level is high.
Lake 3 and lake 7 are probably the best choices for a walk. Lakes 5, 6,
and 7 can be accessed from the SBHOA common property area in phase 4.
Please be careful if you walk the lakes, the ground is uneven. Be
mindful of snakes and other critters as well as soft soil that can make
you fall. If you see any issues around the lakes please notify
the SBHOA Board. Thank you.. 2. Letter of Authority for Trespassers The Letter of Authority authorizes anyone who resides in
Summer Brook HOA of Melbourne, Fl to call Melbourne PD at Non-Emergency
321-608-6731 and request the person/s removed from the “Common Grounds” of the
HOA! Please see detail map on SBHOA website. Please send email to HOA website
sbhoafl1@summerbrook.info to inform the HOA board this was done; we want to
keep track of number of calls for this type of issue.
