SBMHOA Board of Directors

SBHOA: Established by the Association Governing Documents, the Board of Directors has ultimate financial responsibility for the SBMHOA as well as responsibility for the administration and affairs of the community.  The Board of Directors also has the authority to adopt rules and regulations for the community, initiate and enforce legal action on the behalf of the community, and take any other actions necessary to ensure the vitality of Summer Brook.

The Board can be comprised of 5 members (of which 3 are required to have a quorum), which are elected each August by the homeowners.  Homeowner Board members serve staggered, 2-year terms as required by SBMHOA Governing Documents.  This structure provides the Board with a strong level of operational continuity year-over-year.

Unless otherwise posted on the neighborhood bulletin board, the board meetings are held at the Brevard Alzheimer’s Center (4676 N. Wickham Road) on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
