The Summer Brook Community is a planned unit development located on central Florida’s east coast, consisting of 204 homes. We are an upscale community, conveniently located minutes from beautiful Brevard County beaches. We are less than an hour away from Orlando attractions and Kennedy Space Center. Our community enjoys sea breezes in the summer and mild winters, making it a wonderful place to live.
In Melbourne FL, you can have the feel of a small town with access to everything the big cities have to offer with a few exceptions. Many big metropolitan areas don’t have access to everything Melbourne FL has to offer. Where else can you be at the beach in the morning, take in sights at KSC in the afternoon and then experience the night life of Orlando all within a day.
